Our services

InLeadS provides consultation, convening, facilitation, and planning services for organizations and government entities whose work is around people with disabilities or older adults, as well as individuals who live with a disability, older adults and families. Framed by person centered approaches, our services are:

Individual Consultation

Collaboration with government and private organizations around policy and practice, review of individual service and person centered plans, planning with people using services (people whom systems often label as clinically complex or challenging with complex health or challenging behavior), HCBS rules and expectations, and access, eligibility and implementation processes to ensure they are truly focused on helping people have meaningful lives.

Advance Care Planning is Advocacy

Advance care planning is not only about end-of-life. It is a tool for advocacy. It supports authority, self-determination, empowerment, and personal decision making for any of us, should it be necessary for someone else to speak for us if we cannot. Advance care planning supports informed decision making and autonomy, and aligns with Supported Decision Making processes.

Training

We provide Advance Care Planning Facilitator training, coaching, capacity building, and Person Centered Thinking© Trainer and Mentor development in the nationally recognized Person Centered Thinking curriculum. We can also design organization-specific training to meet your individual needs, such as clinical round-table and peer-to-peer coaching.
